Hermann Zapf Poster
The poster project was to teach how to create a poster. The project was to choose a typographer and a font that he or she created and create a poster about them. I chose Hermann Zapf because he has created many fonts that are widely used. I specifically chose Optima because it is a clean san-serif font that is easy to read. I made the "O" in Optima a large element of the poster to draw the eye. I placed all the different iteration of the font inside the "O" and placed about the typographer next to it following the contour of the "O".
